LOL! You don't make it easy on folks sometimes I must admit. It is hard to read the consistently positive posts over and over again in the face of persistent decline.
It's everyone's prerogative to post as often as they like but the balance in folks posts many times leaves something to be desired. I can't do anything about it. Not my place so I just learn to live with it. Just like constantly bashing or being negative serves no purpose either.
Anyways, it sucks for everyone who owns this right now considering it keeps going down. It's pretty plain for me to see that whether you're bullish or bearish right now it isn't having an effect on the stock. It is being influenced from elsewhere and we are along for the ride.
From my recollection, yes, 32M shares still due Hanover after today's 8-K announcing 10M were issued on 10/14.
One thing to keep in mind with respect to Hanover is we never saw these match trades taking place for the first 50M they sold.
Given the O/S increases every time they get new shares we're now at just over 150M which means Hanover can hold up to 15M at any given time.
Based on 32M remaining and the increase in what they can hold we can be done with Hanover share issuances in two or three more 8-Ks.
New patent announcements and God forbid any new revenues will be the only thing to move this. I don't believe any new clinical result PRs will do anything at this point.
