I'll agree with Strong 100%... etrade has only ever had one penny stock blocked, I forced the buy and never should have. one of my biggest losses, but a great lesson.
You're welcome...Some penny traders also like TDA or Scottrade, but they put a lot of restrictions on pennies like you are experiencing right now...So I would definitely look into those other two.
In the meantime, I hope your broker figures out how to resolve their problem.
