The true value of the company is the research team which is worth quite a bit I would think to the right suitor. Harvey had his shot, it didn't work out. Years of diminished revenue from partnering won't satisfy most of the large stockholders left holding the bag now. If Berger won't sell he should be forced out. I Know I am not alone in being literally sick over this and I hope we get out partly intact as soon as is realistically possible.
