If this was true, why wouldn't Netflix and others already be doing it? This is just not possible. 4K files are just too massive. That's why the Sony system downloads to a set top box first. If you compress the file to a size that is streamable; you compromise picture quality. I guarantee no TV manufacturer will be demoing their 4K monitors with compressed video footage that is streaming at 10mbits. They will be playing from a hard drive at highest resolution possible. Having said all of that, I can't wait to see how the Beverly Hillbillies looks in 4K!
