Rumor has been they've been courting for some time and a couple were hot and heavy affairs. Hope those just go on through. This seems more like a "finder fee" company. Not to clench an already formed deal. Could very well be wrong.

My take is sorta like if you were buying a house FSBO and after agreeing on a price you went to a real estate agent to complete the deal. Paying the RE agent 5-7%. Why an agent, just get an attorney to draw it up?
