10k is due now! Base on my observation about the filing. The company is late. However September 13, 15th are the norm filing date but not the due date. Again, previously, they have been filing 10k on these date.
Annual report is due any day now. I cant wait.
I had called the company and realize now the have installed some high tech phone directory system. Sounds really nice. Left message with Ron to call me back.
