DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

Effective July 18, 2013, Howard Phykitt, the sole director and majority shareholder, was replaced by Glenn R. Massey and Loretta L. Higgins.

I do not see DM's name there anywhere. I did research on these two and I can see no affiliations. If you have got one - post it. I am sure the rest of the shareholders want actual facts. . if you have any.
