you can see what good news does for a company.

HS3 Technologies, Inc. Enters into Enterprise Wholesaler Agreement with Ka-band Satellite Provider WildBlue Communications, Inc.
HS3 Technologies Inc. (HS3) (OTCBB:HSTT) is pleased to announce the company has entered into an Enterprise Wholesaler Agreement with Ka-band satellite provider WildBlue Communications, Inc. (WB). The contract is effective January 17, 2006 and extends for 18 months with renewable terms. This agreement provides HS3 to become a Value Added Retailer for WB services.

WildBlue is a leading satellite internet company providing cost-effective high-speed data services to rural homes and businesses in underserved or unserved communities in the continental United States. WildBlue successfully launched its first satellite in July 2004. WildBlue's always-on satellite broadband internet connection provides speeds that are comparable to DSL and cable modem while overcoming the costly "last-mile" issues that have not reached rural communities.

This agreement provides HS3 the cost-effective satellite platform to deploy its proprietary product offering and advanced wireless technologies providing real-time security and monitoring solutions to the Homeland Defense Sector, oil and gas industry, hotels and many other industries. The deployment of HS3's product offering is ideal for the securing and monitoring of transit systems, border and sea ports as well as other vital US infrastructure assets in rural communities such as chemical plants, atomic energy facilities, oil and gas pipelines, refineries, etc.

Mr. Mark Lana, CEO of HS3 Technologies stated, "The closing of this agreement is a watershed event for our company and we are extremely pleased. We now have a high-speed, cost-effective 'pipe' that we will combine with our product offering to bring broadband services and surveillance to virtually every corner of the continent. Cost structure has always been the major obstacle for the ubiquitous deployment of broadband. We have now overcome this barrier giving HS3 a competitive advantage in the marketplace and will result in increased shareholder value. We look forward to a working with and a long-term relation with WildBlue Communications."
