just saying that's who is involved now first it was a Energy company then healthcare now back to Energy...... sure wish these guys instead of screwing us the first chance they get would say hey we going to R/S but all share holders will get XXX amount of preferred shares once split is done but no they don't do this they just run us over... been here since BM GI then Phar now Nexus energy
