The Articles of Incorporation aren't available online, but as I showed on October 7, the fact that they attempted to Amend the Articles to change the number of Authorized Shares from 5B to 300M is evidence that the AoI say that the number of AS is 5B.

You don't attempt to amend something that isn't there.
