FWIW we're coming up on tax loss selling season... ultimately we should recover here; - the clock is ticking on that 120 day financing deadline; - IMHO they wouldn't have announced something like that if they didn't have a realistic possibility of getting there...and the 150K private placement sound like an early vote of confidence to me...
