Its the difference between a trade and a set up for something bigger.
This is not a good trader so you can remind me of the sells on the bids until they decide to make things happen and then I can remind of you as it moves up with hits on the ask- On the Fab Universal conference call they discuss some of the strategy here with FUTU.
low volume-quiet company is not going to see lots of interest with high volume hitting the ask until they decide to turn this on.
