Scuba, I tried to purchase shares a few months ago through my broker in Manitoba and was told I could not because of the CT.

Not all true.
I made comments several months back. My broker through TDAmeritrade and have a retirement I do not want to change, call me stubborn.
But they basically close to forbid trading with any restricted companys until cleared, unless they could locate a more costly rout and you sign wavers and you toss a squirrel through a hoop.
I do wish this gets cleared soon and maybe I am a little behind so I will call TDA in the morning and see if things changed for me...I plan to buy more shares, but have to be here. Not opening another account such as Scottrade.
