You actually think your pointing out language in a contract that I'm not aware of- of course re-pricing could exist its to protect the lender if they were to just do rounds of financings at lower levels- Carve out provisions exist and exempt issuance also exist to protect shareholders and I've received communications from key people on my questions related to all of this

I'm here to make money and I will easily make money on my 13-14 cents average..

Vey clean balance sheet- Its likely they will push the price higher with a combination of business developments/acquisitions/IR awareness etc. leading to more revenues and growing stock price they will look to unlock the next round of financings just waiting for them at 50 cents- they have approx. 1.3 million cash to work with and a very small share structure- see you at 50+ cents

So they are shorting this then repricing the warrants? At what price do you believe they will lower the warrants?
