It’s immaterial, IMO. The critical-path trial for the timing of the NDA submission is PEARL-2, which is expected to finish in Mar 2014 (#msg-92959364), so it makes little difference whether TURQUOISE-2 finishes in Dec 2013 or Jan 2014.
