Ok, Lets cut out the Perf,So what we know is NO one[open market buyers] owns any 2/3's and very minimal 4's. The company claims and has proven not to be diluting, so my only conclusion would be a P.P or a debt wrap, which would not be dilution. I am always open for anything else someone wants to throw against the wall.
