I do believe they'll lose customers if they aren't more responsive than they've been so far.

Especially on message boards, people don't like being told their opinions don't count.

There's dozens of sites out there. I have 2 small sites myself made from "Standard" format. Both are crammed with people who left Ihub for various reasons, but none of those reasons are, "we didn't like the format".
