He wanted to get younger people in .. that's understandable .. it's only looking ahead ... however, in his case, that didn't work ......so he lost Penney's regular customers . .and never ever replaced them with 'any' particular group .. . .even after getting rid of him .. last I looked they couldn't even get their old customers back .. sheeesh ! ..
