That's what I'd always thought. But tonight's posts suggest that it's more important to them to conform to what they think other sites are doing than to please their customers.

A mistake. Who dreamed this up? Obviously not Shelly, who's not a techie. Who's to blame? He or they should be here to deal with the criticism. They should ALL be here to deal with the criticism.

I think we deserve that much.
