I think Shareef is purposely waiting until the 4th quarter and after 3rd quarter earnings to finalize the acquisition of Ember, because I suspect he knows the P & L will look good enough to increase the stock price and he won`t have to shell out as many shares as he would if it took place now.
Also, I have a hunch we`ll be hearing about TrepLabs coming up in the not too distant future and this could give the share price a little boost, as well ... stay tuned !!
