Read the details again - this says that others that are going to work or consult for GZFX are willing to take company stock over cash.

I agree with your interpretation of the filing. To a LONG it should be neutral news. To a flipper, it is not good.

I think we already knew that this type of payment system was going on. I actually feel that this is an indication of the direction of the company. There are bigger and better things on the horizon.

JF and the "crew" are "in it to win it". There is strategy here, we are not privy to it but try to read between the lines.

Sell the shares they just received.

Means they are cash poor. This is one reason why I like to do valuations based on Authorized... They sneak these out on ya, and before ya know it, they reach AS.

Having said that, I still maintain, Long-term, anything under a nickle is a good buy.

SHORT TERM, were gonna flounder here.
