proclaiming that past management was dumping shares were completely wrong ...

I just realized that ...

Matthew Hamilton purchased 620,000 shares 0.50%

He`s an associate of Mr. Franks who along with Thomas Rand-Nash [another of his associates] founded Fuelist, LLC which like Pimovi is being funded by Chancellor Group, Inc. [CHAG] ... I`ll just bet he knows something about Mimvi [Adaptive] that we don`t !!!

Also, I think both of those companies are likely to be spun off with their own IPOs sometime in the future, but that`s just a guess for what it's worth.
