extelecom: I am on my second LinkSys router, with the exception of the first becoming obsolete due to firmware upgrade limitations, I have had no problems....(of course neither were/are wireless).
I highly recommend LinkSys, but you need to make sure you purchase the right one for your needs.
the Linksystems router worked ok for the wireless, but somehow was creating some jerkiness on slow site loading and some news feeds ....Stockcharts was terrible to load since i linked it up.
Stockcharts working fine now that I severed it and hooked back up to Comcast modem direct ....had everything supposedly configured correctly, but they are dreaming to say their routers are a "one touch set-up" ...should just translate what goes thru the modem and that's it .
But now everything is working fine without it , it goes back to Best Buy prolly .;)
