I guess the analogy could apply to any stock depending on how you look at the analogy but I didn't mean it about the stock's value.
What I was addressing was buying shares of a non-reporting company like MDHI and then complaining that the company doesn't fully report to the SEC. Much like the home buyer should have known the nightclub would be loud at night--they all are, the buyer of a non-reporting company like MDHI should have known the company would not be filing report after report with the SEC.
It is the world of investing in penny stocks. There is nothing where "caveat emptor" applies more.
