MDHI was a non-reporting company when you invested in it and it remains a non-reporting company today.
To expect it to act like a fully reporting company before it becomes one and to complain that it does not act like a fully reporting company makes no sense.
To make an analogy, it is like buying a house next to a night club and then complaining about the noise from the nightclub.
