yes it dose seem to be taking forever put they are doing three years of fillings if they are not in order and accurate they could be under the gun. look back at 2009 and 2010 they questioned howards report on financials on the gains and losses because they did not add up from one year to the next he had to make the accurate changes with the sec or have a major investigation. the changes that were made to care of the situation.
