Yes, I can understand your frustration. My thoughts are that this was and is a means for the company to pay employees by means of options. There is nothing wrong with this and it is a intelligent way to keep a company going. I still insist that with a penny share company this tightly held we should see rapid growth soon with the release of a contract or concession.
