The pricing is well above the prevailing market price. I also think it suggest things are getting closer- could be money for a large acquisition or multiple acquisitions but apparently the first 1 million wasn't adequate.
I think Alpha and private equity who fund the first round will be in the money quickly once they utilize the money to make some noise.
