Also, count how many times you utilize the phrases "I believe" and "in my opinion". Every time you provide supporting evidence with those conditions attached your evidence is anecdotal. Nothing wrong with that but it is absolutely no different than my arguments. Without any verifiable evidence, of which neither of us has any, we can only speculate. However, the burden of proof isn't on us, its on HIMR.
As that is the case I will restate my offer. If HIMR provides any verifiable evidence that they aren't a scam then I will go away. Until then, the lack of that evidence (which should be extremely easy for them to provide) supports my argument. If you are a small struggling company trying to get running then being opaque is not what you want to do. Simple and verifiable evidence would chase me away and bring in a lot more investors.
