FNMA junior preferred converted to common shares in line with Millsteins plan which is playing out,, just beautifully given news on CSS at market close, Not sure if anyone is aware but CSS (a wholly-owned subsidiary of both fannie and freddie, NOT a replacent) office space inside Fannie HQ in Bethesda..
