Looks like it could be either. The benefit of this fabric for AMD is that Verizon can start with Intel CPUs (Xeon or Atom), and upgrade the server nodes later to AMD CPUs(keeps hope alive, I guess...).

It is an absolutely brilliant conclusion by neolib that they may be Intel CPUs. Perhaps it's the fact that they are only shipping Intel CPUs that tipped him off?
