No actual Articles posted, but circumstantial evidence is
The Oregon Secretary of State appears to never have uploaded the Articles of Incorporation, but Article 6 of the AoI must declare the Authorized Shares are 5B, because the following amendment of January 22, 2010 (since rescinded) attempted to change it from 5B to 300M.
Regarding the supposed increase from 600M to 700M that was never officially rescinded:
1) If the AS was never officially at 600M, then it could not have been raised to 750M
2) Suppose however, that #1 is incorrect, and that filing actually was in effect. Since MJNA management didn't properly change the AS in any subsequent filing, then the current number of Outstanding shares (947M)exceeds the 750M limit by nearly 200M, which is illegal.
Finally, regarding my complaint to the SEC about their misreporting the AS, once a filing is made, I believe any investigation/action is held confidential until resolution.
