Jim Bishop is an agent of the mm's I believe and here
is how I know.
1. last week when I posted a suggestion that we all complain to the SEC, he sent me a PM trying to talk me out of it, and
2. today he accuses me of offering investment advice. When is it investment advice to suggest that all shareholders complain about not having received something they are all entitled to?
Trying to discredit me is an obvious tactic that the mm's will employ from now on because I intend to be loud about this problem.
And guess what Jim, I sent a formal complaint to the SEC in spite of your attempts to stop me.
Don't you all see what is happening here, they are stalling us while they try to work out their naked short problem. For Bishop to actually post that naked shorting is legal in an attempt to make a market should be enough of a warning signal to all you longs. Wake up and take action, imo.
