Actually, it does matter for uplisting

If MJNA is going to uplist, they have to show certain numbers in the filings.

Shares "Capped by Management" won't cut it.

Therefore, until they are willing to admit the true number of Authorized Shares as specified in the Articles of Incorporation (5B) in an S-1 filing, they won't be able to uplist.

That's assuming they ever properly audit two years of financials.

Didn't say they didn't state that, only that making statements like "capped shares" is not even legal or recognized by SEC.

Anyhoo, as you say, time will tell. Their next disclosure ought to be interesting but not in a good way for those who invested.
