Actually I didn't say that What I am saying is this. I once bought a modem from Walmart. It was supposed to be plug and play. I plugged and it didn't play. I spent hours and hours with outsourced tech support to get it working. I bought a streaming capable security system so that I can monitor 2 offices from a third office or home. I had trouble getting the stream to work. In 20 minutes had it going just fine with individual tech support from the company I bought it from. Called the same number as the sales dept. Saved me about 6 hours of production time that more than made up for the price difference.
But the main point in all of this is that the "empty shell" "scam" company is really selling something and supporting the product they sell.
The argument has been that the company isn't real. Now the argument is that it's cheaper somewhere else.
