The problem with your statement is that what you are saying is false. I've got the records to prove it. They have been turned over to the authorities, and hopefully they will do something about it. But as we know, by cases such as Bernie Madoff's, is that government authorities move either very slow or not at all.
The information about BCCI and other companies run by Barry Henthorn that are in my possession were distributed to a lot of people, including yourself. Were they not true, why would I waste my time trying to inform investors. I do not know any of these people personally. It makes absolutely no sense that I would take a position to uncover BHs practices if I did not know the facts of the situation. People do not bother to spent their time pointing out to the negative unless they know and they do not spend their time praising or excusing someone if they did not have something to gain by doing so, in particular in situations such as this one.
I have the information in my possession to take legal action against Barry Henthorn. I just do not have the means, and if I did, I would never be able to get anything from him since he owns nothing for all practical purposes--everything being in somebody else's name. I have informed the authorities that they should also go after his wife, father and some business associates. I can't wait for the day that they do.
BCCI went public in the summer of 2000. The opening price adjusted for the reverse split was $120.00. He has thoroughly diluted all the investors. He started BCCI as ICTN. Before ICTN, he had other companies by other names, which had been sued during the '90s. He started ICTN, and transferred the assets from the other businesses so that when he would end up losing legal actions there would be nothing to take. He and his accomplices have been sued more than 100 times. He has run other businesses too. Most important Pangea and Exophere. With Exophere they finally caught up with him and the sheriff ceased the assets before he could transfer all of them.
BCCI started as ICTN. It was first a provider of long distance telephone services (Yeah! Right!?). He them turned the business into a software developer, playing some sort of junior partner to GridNetworks (always trying to ride someone else's coattails). Then it became a provider of services to business in the internet industry (Yeah, nothing more than a way to indirectly scam the investors in RLTR). When that too failed because he misappropriated millions, he turned ICTN into BCCI, and then failed to make payments for the purchase of the first several kiosks to the original owners, who took him to court. He also lied to the courts about the relationship of BCCI and RLTR, but there was nobody at the time to dispute him since nobody knew there were court dates. He maliciously kept the information from the court proceedings from the new management team when left in 2009.
I could go on and on. And many copies of this files were sent to you via e-mail. So you really know what I am talking about. In other words, Barry Henthorn, the CEO of BCCI, has a history of scams going back nearly 25 years.
