ENTA—Does Saints Capital Granite, L.P own 8M shares or 2M?

Together with its affiliates, Saints owned 8.6M shares before the recent sales of 212K shares (see page 113, footnote 2 of http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1177648/000119312512454422/d401292ds1.htm#toc401292_15 ). Thus, Saints and affiliates have sold ~2.5% of their pre-IPO holding.
