When they talk about PhytoSphere, they show stock photos or old pictures of the now defunct TerraSphere facility in Surrey, British Columbia.

When they talk about a lab, they show stock photos of some random laboratory or pharmaceutical facility.

When they talk about growing hemp, they show pictures of corn and wheat.

When they show their products, they show ones that aren't available yet.

When they announce their financials, they create a new category of shares (Capped by Management) in an effort to not admit the actual number of Authorized Shares (5B).

They've been promising audited financials and an S-1 filing for nearly a year now.

They've only in the last two quarters begun to properly record revenue and extraordinary income in their financials.

No, I don't see why MJNA is a good investment.
