Most SMH STOCKS have weekly charts with
lower highs DEC,JAN,MAR
Right now the MAR highs are still mostly in place.IMHO.

Table below shows only AMD has April high greater then March
high as of April 15, 2003

ok but that doesn't effect my interpretation at all. Its the first cross over, and the other indices must folow. II like your log view better.
