Yes, and Treaty now as 3 wells to plug in Belize. That could take years...

I'm thinking that the GOB will not allow Treaty to drill any more wells till they plug the 3 Dry Holes they have now. And if the plugging takes to long they are likely to kick them out all together for breach of contract...
