If you say youve gotten good feedback from CC employees I believe you and consider it a positive. As far as that consumer news review goes, as unfortunate as it is, gzfx has to concentrate mainly on satisfying subscribers rather than free trialers. i know that doesnt bode well for future business but imo gzfx isnt big enough to cover all the bases all the time. The problem is that you never know when one of those trialers is doing a review.
