I'd say we're getting a little off topic. Why has this wonderful, wonderful little company--a paragon among micro caps--failed to file its financials and raised its a/s to 4 billion shares?
No what the charts clearly illustrate it is the consistent dilution that has been occuring over the past year, along with no actual business, failure to deliver on fluff PR's, and of course the filing of no less than 2 amendments within a 6 month period to raise the AS to now 4 billion shares because of the persistent dilution.
No FINRA does not agree as the Short Volume report confirms no such thing.
