express, Check all your electrical connections for rust or crusty oxidation buildup on battery terminals. How do you know your battery is good? A starter needs a lot of power. A weak battery will still run lights and radios and not start a truck. I'm not a mechanic but I have had old trucks with electrical problems and it is usually a connection or a short somehwere that is draining power when you try to start. When you try to start the truck look under the hood for sparks or a puff of smoke also. Hope this helps.
