sure does .. i remember jumping into snow covered ditches in North Burnaby, outside Vancouver, in late 40s? or early 50s to see how deep they were .. we had an idea, but every once in a while there would be a deeper unknown hole .. was great fun! .. we laughed and laughed and laughed .. lolol .. now virtually, as far as i know, there are many if not most, or all, winters in Vancouver where snow never builds up on the ground .. it rains a lot .. lol ..
