Yeah let's start simple. RAYS ran 1000%+ on an 8K naming Delmar Janovec as new CEO! The group that instigated that run will be back for more on news..along with other groups. Alot of traders love RAYS for it's low float and epic runs. Add to this the pps is back to that 1000% pre-run pps! With substantive news i'm going to revise 1000% to 2000%-10,000%!!! How's that for simple? And add possible short cover to this and it will be an EPIC run! Shorty fears this huh? Pffff
