I'm of two minds on this. Like Scorpitron pointed out, with pps at a penny yesterday, that was likely too good of a bargain for the day-traders and such to pass up. But I totally see your point as well. My guess is that the truth probably includes coverage from both.

The two year BAM restriction came off on Sept. 1. Given some time for the paperwork on some, the timing you suggest sounds correct [as usual]
