Positive as it was, I honestly don't believe the PR had much if any effect at all. The whole market has been dragging lately, and I see that as affecting current pps more than anything else (from the near-term). B.I.'s pps has likewise been dragged down with several other significant market dips this year, as well as buoyed with significant market increases. I personally don't see pps going much of anywhere, even with good news from testing, unless and until we start seeing a revenue stream from B.I. products being sold, otherwise it seems likely to me that it will continue to bounce around within the 1-4 cent range until then, as influenced by the market, day-trader manipulations, etc etc. But that's just my hunch based on what we've seen happen this year already.

Just as a FYI. . . in addition to the VERY expensive NIJ testing. B.I. has procured the same lab that performed the NIJ Certification [Oregon Labs]to do several independent [ballistic] tests on each new generation of Body Armor that has been developed since the NIJ Certification.

This was part of the discussions I had on my visits to Drexel.

There has also been field tests of the plasma spray which provided information on the extreme high wear capability of that process. The results determined that while it provided excellent protection for farm implement and construction equipment, the cost savings were marginal. That data may prove useful in other areas however.
