Significant? That's my question also, and I hope it is not. But that is not what my gut tells me. A squabble with Bill & Marie Kroos seems like a pretty big deal for Cloud MD.
$150K seems like a pretty good chunk of change for a start up company like Cloud; I think the Krooses, Medical Management Systems, Doctors Network of America, and the states of MS,AL, and LA with their potential for sales, are very important to Cloud at this early stage of development. I do think it is significant. Significant and time consuming.
I don't like to see this apparently very angry and vitriolic confrontation in a recently consummated financial marriage of Cloud with the Krooses at all. I definitely think it is significant. It is worrisome. There is something very wrong, and one side or both sides of this argument thinks the other side has not acted honorably or honestly.
BUT, the fact that DLG is back on the track with SEC filings makes me less concerned. It is a good sign. If DLG can resume the SEC filing pace that he had in FEB/March, he may very well have Cloud MD current by the first of the year.
If that happens, I will assume that DLG will somehow patch things up with the Kroos folks and will continue marketing in those southern states.
