Who cares if they have products for sale, because if the products don't sell it doesn't matter. So, let's look at the sales.

Through June 30 they had about $110K in sales, and a whopping $20K last quarter. Now WM, by far AAPT's biggest and best customer, is doing a roll back through the end of November. Gee, why would the largest retailer in the world do that? Because sales suck and they want to get them off the shelves. Btw, that most likely means no WM sales in Q3. So, if you thought sales were bad in Q2, just wait for Q3. The real kicker is Q4. What do you think is going to happen to all of that inventory that goes unsold? WM is going to return that and demand their money back. Then AAPT is going to actually show negative sales in Q4. Awesome. And, when AAPT can't come up with the money to pay WM, do you really think WM will ever do business with them again? Right.

So, let's recap. AAPT has products. Products doesn't sell, even in largest retailer in the world. Product is returned to AAPT. AAPT is now stuck with inventory that is at least half way to expiring. And, WM won't ever talk to AAPT again.

Perfect. Sounds like a case study in some MBA program.
