Nice come back. Nicely done.


I wonder if one visited every location on a given day, how many would be closed. Doors locked and no one to be found. I found that very scenario at Birmingham's Delta concourse at 5am. A ghost town. No gate agents. No planes. Nothing. Guess it happens some times to even the big boys.

The Feds do not certify satellite locations. It is up to the certificate holder to maintain operational control over the satellite. If the Feds were to do a base visit at A-Cent in either location, would they find the certificate holder (A-Cent, Colorado Springs) to be in operational control of the Florida location?

It is this statement from the company filing which either shows they do not understand the concept, or they are stretching the truth:

The FAA certified A-Cent Jacksonville as an official satellite location.
